Fireworks

Jared and I had the pleasure of seeing the Forth of July fireworks with our YP family (young professionals group associated with a cool ministry in town--Needles Eye Ministires). I was so impressed with how LONG the show was! They truly must have spared no expense for the beautiful fireworks show. I got to practice my fireworks photography, which is crazy tricky with basically no lessons and definitely no tripod. I hope you enjoy these! You may see a trend--that I really like the bright white ones. If for whatever reason you'd like a higher res version of a pic, let me know and I'd be happy to send it to you. Some of the shots were quite spacey and magical.

A little camera wiggle going on--but look at that cool little burst!

The smoke looks so neat in this one--very other-worldly

This one's just a party and a half

What do you think? Have you tried fireworks photography? Or are you more of a lensless viewer when the watching the rockets' red glare? Or are you too busy being the pyro setting them off?

Happy Friday :)
